Six Metal produces aluminum profiles and products in line with the international quality standards in its integrated production facilities, which are equipped with the latest technology. Our mission is to offer the best products in terms of physical properties, functionality, and quality expected from our customers.

In this regard, we pay utmost attention to our quality control department and our operations. Our aluminum raw materials and the chemical alloys of the profiles are analyzed with spectral analysis devices. Later on, we subject these products to hardness measurement.

In addition to this, we control the quality of our powder coating operations by measuring the paint thickness and anodizing coating thickness with micron thickness measuring devices. For anodized profiles, our chemical engineers also conduct stain tests.

Moreover, our painted profiles are subjected to impact and salt tests, and we evaluate the results in our research and development laboratories. All these operations ensure the quality of our products, which are the key element in the success and sustainability of our company.
